One of the BEST things about Okinawa is Blue Seal Ice Cream. It is by far the BEST ice cream in the entire world. My favorite flavor is Beni-imo - which is the Okinawan sweet potato. Sooo yummy! No trip here is complete without a stop by here! There's actually one within walking distance from our house - but it's just far enough that unless we're up for a long walk, it's best to drive....
