So this is my new fascination. Nic calls me a hippie because I would love to be able to do what this couple did! The above link is the blog of a family who lived one year virtually trash-free. I think they ended up with a shoebox of trash at the end of a year. I am amazed!
Read the blog - you'll get inspired! I already wish I had a garden and could make and can my own jams and sauces and had a compost pile...Of course living in a foreign country in a TOWER makes that all impossible... but someday Nic will buy me a yard :-)
